The Land of Eternal Spring

San Pedro is placed 3 degrees from Equator and in 1500 meters height. Not only is this the best altitude for your heart, it’s also why the weather here is always good – not too hot, not too cold. Lake Atitlán is called ’the land of eternal spring’. The temperature is 20-25 degrees Celsius every day of the year, just the way we prefer it. The rainy season (May/June-September/October) is nothing to be afraid of. Yes – it rains and thunders – hard sometimes! Usually in the late afternoon or evening for a few hours. It’s beautiful to watch from our roof. But you can swim in the lake and enjoy the perfect climate every day.
